Biography

Joyce has been working in the higher education sector for over seventeen years. She has expertise in Small Business Management, Strategic Management, Needs Assessment, Curriculum Development, and Instructional Design.

In addition to her role as a professor, she is a program coordinator and has also worked as a curriculum specialist in the Office of Academic Excellence.

Joyce has been involved in multiple projects, including: developing new degree programs and courses, creating pathways from diploma to degree programs, onboarding new faculty, conducting needs assessment, and developing/facilitating capacity building training for faculty in Ghanaian Universities.

She has also reviewed textbooks for Pearson and McGraw Hill, and developed instructors’ resources for Nelson and Wiley.
