Toronto is home to many 2SLGBTQIA+ community organizations, supports and services. This page provides links and short summaries of many across the city and beyond.

2-Spirited People of the 1st Nations offers physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual advocacy and support for Two-Spirit people and First Nations, Métis, and Inuit community members facing the effects of historic and ongoing colonial violence. They offer education, events, health care, harm reduction kits, and community development initiatives.

Across Boundaries provides equitable and holistic mental health and addictions services and supports for QTBIPOC (Queer & Trans Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour) within frameworks of anti-racism, combating anti-blackness and anti-oppression. This includes case management, counselling, support groups and gatherings. Services are offered in multiple languages through the Access Point intake service.

Toronto Aces & Aros is a diverse group of people in and around Toronto who are on the ace/asexual spectrum and/or the aromantic spectrum that provides outreach and builds community connections.

AQUA is a space created by and for queer Asians of marginalized genders in Tkaronto. Asian Queer Alliance Toronto works with and for their community to create connections, foster friendships, provide social support, host events and workshops, and serve their community!

ASAAP provides culturally responsive holistic health promotion and support services for people from South Asian, Middle Eastern, Indo-Caribbean and other related communities who are LGBTQ+ and/or living with, at risk of, or affected by HIV and related health conditions. Services are offered in English, Tamil, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Gujarati, Bengali, Nepali, Arabic, Farsi, and Turkish.

David Kelley Services offers trauma-informed, anti-oppression services to LGBTQ+ people through peer support, referrals, and short-term individual, couple, and family counselling.

Egale works to improve the lives of 2SLGBTQIA+ people in Canada and to enhance the global response to 2SLGBTQIA+ issues. Egale achieves this by informing public policy, inspiring cultural change, and promoting human rights and inclusion through research, education and community engagement.

Friends of Ruby provides support for 2SLGBTQIA+ youth aged 16-29 around physical and mental health, social connection and community-building in a drop-in space. Caseworkers can provide assistance with life skills, housing, and food insecurity.

Queer South Asian Women’s Network is a grassroots organization based in Canada. Their mission is to empower, visibilize, connect, and enhance a sense of belongingness amongst gender marginalized LGBTQ+ South Asian diaspora.

Queer South Asians is a trans-led community group based in Toronto serving LGBTQ+ South Asian communities, established 2015.

Trans Lifeline provides a peer support hotline run by trans people for trans and questioning people Monday through Friday from 1PM-9PM at (877) 330-6366.
