We will only provide one (1) replacement copy of your certificate, diploma, or degree, for a fee of $50 CAD + tax.
To request a new copy, please see instructions below:
- If you have access to STU-VIEW, please login and navigate to Request Official Documents > Submit a request. Click SAML to log in (do not enter your GBP username and password).
- If you do not have access to STU-VIEW, please fill out the Academic Records Request Form for Former Students.
The Records department will contact you via the email address on file regarding payment. Copies will only be mailed once payment is received.
We strongly urge you to keep your document in a safe and memorable place. If there does happen to be a situation when you need another replacement, the Records department may issue a replacement, depending on the circumstances. There would be another fee of $50 CAD + tax.
