The Counselling Office offers short-term counselling support. Most students begin with a single-session counselling appointment, where they can talk with a counsellor about what they are experiencing and explore options for moving forward.
In some situations, you and your counsellor may determine that follow-up sessions would be helpful. When this happens, it is often possible to book another appointment with the same counsellor.
We also know that finding the right counsellor is important. If you feel that the counsellor you met with isn't the right fit for you, you are welcome to request an appointment with a different counsellor.
