We've put together few tips to help you prepare for your counselling session.
- Appointments are 50 minutes long. Please arrive five to 10 minutes ahead of your virtual or in-person appointment to check-in. Ensure you have enough time in your schedule to attend.
- For virtual appointments, you are required to have the camera on during the session, unless otherwise arranged for accessible accommodations.
- For your privacy in virtual appointments, make sure you have access to a private/confidential space. You may be able to book a private room through the Library Learning Commons.
