Since 1984, the Foundation has worked with donors and industry and community partners to increase access to education. The Foundation’s work is guided by a volunteer board of directors.

What is the George Brown College Foundation?
The George Brown College Foundation is a separately incorporated registered charity that serves as the primary fundraising vehicle for George Brown Polytechnic. The Foundation is guided by a volunteer board of directors that supports George Brown Polytechnic's mandate of increasing access to education by raising money to support student success through scholarships, bursaries and awards.
Since 1984, the George Brown College Foundation has helped support the needs of our diverse student population to keep education accessible to all. We do this by raising money for student scholarships and bursaries, as well as for transformational initiatives that strengthen George Brown Polytechnic's ability to offer programs for specific industries and professions.
