The Toronto Innovation Bridge Forum 2026 will bring together leaders from Canada and Ireland for an evening focused on strengthening connections across two dynamic innovation ecosystems. The Forum will connect professionals from business, technology, research, finance, entrepreneurship and government.
Presented by the Ireland Canada Chamber of Commerce Toronto (ICCCTO) in partnership with TD Bank, sponsored in part by TD Asset Management Inc., and in collaboration with George Brown Polytechnic Alumni Relations, the event is designed to turn conversations into meaningful cross-border partnerships and opportunities.
The Forum will explore four key areas shaping innovation and economic growth: technology advancement, research and development, entrepreneurship, and finance and investment. Attendees can expect a moderated panel discussion, an interactive audience Q&A and an extended networking reception, providing opportunities to meet founders, executives, investors, researchers and policymakers from both markets.
The program features keynote speaker Dr. Kevin Hebner, Managing Director and Global Investment Strategist at TD Epoch, who will examine major forces reshaping the global economy and investment landscape, including AI infrastructure and international technology competition. The panel will also feature Dr. Krista Holmes from Research and Innovation at George Brown Polytechnic, Gavin Roberts of Topsec Cloud Solutions, Haitham El-Hanafi of SpeechLogix, John Cassidy of SVG Ventures | THRIVE, and Ahmed R. Korayem of MaRS Discovery District who is also a George Brown Alumni. Michael Barton of Invest Northern Ireland guiding the conversation.
