Join us at George Brown Polytechnic Fashion Exchange for a special afternoon celebrating alumni George Sully and the launch of his memoir, Designing in the Dark. This event is a collaboration with Alumni Relations, bringing together the George Brown community to honour George’s achievements and ongoing connection to the college.
Published by ECW Press, Designing in the Dark shares George’s powerful journey through the highs and lows of business, creativity, identity, and his experience building a career and finding his path as a person of colour.
George Brown holds a special place in that journey. In his memoir, George reflects on his unforgettable experience at George Brown, including his convocation and the moment he received his honorary degree.
Now, George returns to George Brown to celebrate another meaningful milestone—the launch of his memoir.
