George Brown Polytechnic is located on the traditional territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation and other Indigenous peoples who have lived here over time. We are grateful to share this land as treaty people who learn, work and live in the community with each other.
The Michael Carter Scholarship Annual Dinner is a night to come together and celebrate Michael's life, share stories, and contribute to a cause close to his heart. The evening promises great food, camaraderie, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact in Michael's name.
Your presence at the gala and your generous donation will contribute directly to the Michael Carter Memorial Scholarship Endowment. The scholarship, awarded annually to a Black student in financial need, reflects Michael's commitment to excellence, community betterment, and helping others succeed. Let's come together to ensure that Michael's legacy continues to positively impact future generations.
