Confirmation of Enrolment for OSAP
If you are an OSAP recipient, your enrolment will be automatically confirmed at the start of each semester. You do not need to request a confirmation of enrolment letter. Please visit OSAP – Ontario Student Assistant Program for more information.
RESP and CPP Form Requests
Current domestic student may request that the Office of the Registrar sign and stamp their Registered Savings Plan (RESP) or Canada Pension Plan Declaration of Attendance (CPP) form:
To get started:
- Submit a completed and signed Confirmation of Enrolment and RESP Form along with any required supporting documents (e.g., RESP or CPP form), by email to registration@georgebrown.ca
- Requests are processed within 5 business days
- Processing fee is $15.00
- For in-person requests, go to The Student Service Centres at Casa Loma or St James. You must present valid photo ID (e.g. driver’s license, passport, or George Brown student ID card)
Third-party requests:
Requests submitted by a third party must include:
- The student’s written consent, including both the student’s and third party’s full name
- A valid photo ID from the third party
