The counsellor you meet at your initial appointment may not necessarily be the counsellor that you will meet with for future appointments.
At your initial appointment, the counsellor will listen to your concerns and work with you to identify your needs and help you determine the next steps to address your challenges.
Should short-term counselling be recommended, you will be assigned a counsellor based on your needs and counsellor availability.
