George Brown Athletics have had a proud athletic tradition since it was created in 1967.  The Huskies have built a community within  George Brown Polytechnic and helped many students go above and beyond their goals.

George Brown Athletics was named after the first Athletic Director's pet dog, which was a Husky. The George Brown Huskies compete in the Ontario College Athletic Association (OCAA).
