How to upload your photo
To set up your Student ID, you will need:
- A recent digital photo file - The photo must be a close-up of your head and shoulders with direct view of your face so that your face fills approximately 65% to 75% of the photo.
- Your Student ID number and password - This information was sent to you when you accepted your offer.
- MFA Setup - MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) is required for accessing George Brown Polytechnic resources, including your Photo ID setup. To ensure you have enabled visit George Brown Polytechnic MFA Setup.
- Complete the Validate digital ID photo - In order to have your digital Student ID with us validated, you must send us a selfie image with a government ID.
