Medical Requirements
- Tetanus, Diphtheria & Pertusiss (TDAP) - must be renewed every 10 years
- Measles, Mumps and Rubella, Varicella and Hep B - valid once in a lifetime blood work
- Two Step TB Skin Test Negative result (-) - must be renewed every year
- Two Step TB Skin Test Positive result (+) - no more skin test
- COVID-19 three doses valid once in a lifetime
- Flu shot - must be renewed every year
Non-medical Requirements
- Basic Life Support - must be renewed every year (except S404/S414 valid every two years)
- CPR level C - must be renewed every year
- Mask Fit Test - must be renewed every two years
- Neonatal Resuscitation Certificate - must be renewed every two years
- Standard First Aid and CPR level C - must be renewed every three years
- Vulnerable Sector Check - renew every six months/annually
- WHMIS - must be renewed every three years
