Program Learning Outcomes
The graduate has reliably demonstrated the ability to:
- Apply camera and lighting production techniques to create content for multiple social media platforms.
- Analyze issues and emerging trends affecting the evolution of content creation as artistic and entrepreneurial media to ensure productions meet the evolving needs of clients and audiences.
- Develop social media production strategies in partnership with clients to achieve promotional and marketing goals.
- Employ creative leadership skills to direct content creation projects according to the auteur's vision or brand.
- Critique scripts for social media content creation to meet project requirements.
- Select production hardware and software solutions used in social media creation to capture and edit content.
- Manage productions in accordance with safety, legal and professional standards.
- Execute visual literacy and semiotic techniques to promote messaging and influence the social and cultural pulse effectively.
- Create social media-based storytelling strategies to develop engaging content that meets client's needs.
