Biography

Irini has 25 years of luxury and fashion retail leadership experience, working in Canada, US, and Europe. Her leadership, commitment and strive for excellence brought her successes in leading highly effective teams while building sustainable businesses.

Her passion for developing and coaching leaders grew stronger as her natural way of finding the key to the true essence of people, their unique personalities, talent, and skills resulted in maximizing outstanding results. This made her pursue in getting certified as an executive coach.

Irini is the founder of 6sess leadership consultancy working with global leaders, based in Toronto. She has been coaching, consulting, teaching, and facilitating workshops for individual leaders and global luxury retail executives and organizations.

Her passion to inspire next generation and share her knowledge led her to several speaking engagements at various Universities and Colleges. After a speaking engagement at one of the George Brown campuses, she was approached to see if teaching was a possibility. She has been teaching since 2015.

Irini is currently teaching PT at George Brown in both Fashion Business Industry Program and Fashion Management Program. She teaches World of Luxury, Retail Operations, Apparel Marketing (Advanced), Global Marketing and Fashion Advertising & Promotion.
