George Brown Polytechnic is located on the traditional territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation and other Indigenous peoples who have lived here over time. We are grateful to share this land as treaty people who learn, work and live in the community with each other.
Although a physical ceremony wasn’t possible this year, it doesn’t mean that students weren’t recognized for their efforts! This year, the Centre for Business awarded a total of $94,750 to 83 award winners. In addition to providing monetary awards, the annual Awards ceremony recognizes the distinction, hard work and grit of our students and this year a personalized video was delivered to students congratulating them on their awards. Students are encouraged to take a moment to celebrate their hard work and to share their achievements with their family and friends.
