At the George Brown, our industry and community partners provide unique opportunities for current students to participate in and contribute to initiatives that help build and sustain Toronto’s network of communities.

Government and Agency partners that either collaborate on or support our programs include:

  • The Ministry of Colleges and Universities
  • The Ministry of Community and Social Services
  • The Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care
  • The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health
  • St. Christopher’s House
  • Council Fire Native Cultural Centre
  • Alexandra Park
  • Parkdale Project Read

With a large roster of Government and Agency partners, students pursue practical work placements that support academic and personal development, and in doing learn the need to network with key contacts within their chosen area of study.
