If you are not attending your convocation ceremony your hardcopy credential will be mailed to you at the end of each term. Credentials will be mailed to your home address. Please ensure we have the most up to date mailing and email address for you on STU-VIEW for when this mailing begins. You can update them on STU-VIEW by reviewing the 'Personal Information' tab after logging in. Mailing times may be delayed.
April graduates – Credentials mailed at the beginning of July
August graduates – Credentials mailed at the end of September
December graduates – Credentials mailed at the end of January
Please note you are not required to inform us of your decision to not attend the Convocation.
Electronic credentials will be made available typically 1 month after the end of the term. The e-credential is free to view, download, and share. You are not required to order or pay for a copy of your credential.
