Enjoy a curated tasting of premium selections from Tuscany’s world-renowned Castello Banfi, complemented by Chef’s decadent Italian-inspired hors d’oeuvres.
The highlight will be a carvery, showcasing the perfect pairing of Canada Prime beef and exceptional Tuscan wine.
Hy’s is proud to partner with George Brown Polytechnic in the creation of the John Aisenstat Memorial Award. Funds raised at this event go directly to provide financial support for students pursuing careers in culinary and hospitality arts.
