This course will help internationally educated professionals with advanced ESL skills to communicate more effectively within the Canadian workplace.

Students in this course can expect to learn key components of a multi-cultural and diverse workplace including:

  • culturally appropriate verbal and non-verbal language cues
  • active listening skills
  • Canadian cultural expectations

This highly engaging course will provide students with the opportunity to apply what they’ve learned in the classroom with their peers. Through practice, students will build confidence in their skills as they practice navigating common situational challenges.
