The Honours Bachelor of Early Childhood Leadership program offers those with an Early Childhood Education diploma to pursue a degree in the field. All applicants must meet the bridging requirements for acceptance to the Honours Bachelor of Early Childhood Leadership Program (C301). Upon successful completion of the bridging courses, applicants will be considered for year three of the four year degree.
Bridging courses can be taken in the evenings or during the day in a 7 week day-intensive block during May and June.

How to Qualify & Apply
To be accepted into the Honours Bachelor of Early Childhood Leadership Bridging programs, applicants must:
- attend an information session
- have successfully completed an Early Childhood Education diploma (with a minimum 2.5 GPA)
To be considered for year three of the Honours Bachelor of Early Childhood Leadership (Fast-Track) program, applicants must successfully complete 3 bridge courses (listed below) by mid-August with a minimum grade required, and one additional course which must be completed by the end of year three of the degree program.
To be completed during the bridging semester:
- ECL1001 Evidence-based Practice in Early Childhood Programs
- ECL1002 Introduction to Early Childhood Leadership
- ECL1003 Applied Research Method
To be completed prior to the end of year three of the degree:
- ECL1205 Composition & Rhetoric (Mandated Elective)
