Biography

Warren holds a wealth of operational management experience in both the public and private education sectors, leading innovation and continuous improvement. Since joining the School of ESL in 2015, Warren has been a key contributor to the tremendous growth of both the EAP and the Continuing Education ESL programs. In June 2017, he spearheaded the launch of the Summer English in Toronto program which offers a cultural and language immersion experience to youths from around the world. Before joining GBC, Warren was an Academic Manager for the Libyan scholarship program at the Canadian Bureau for International Education (CBIE), a non-profit organization and an industry leader in the advancement of international education.
