Biography

Ananda is an educator with 10 years of experience fostering creativity and sustainability in the next generation of fashion designers. Specializing in heritage crafts, textile art, and sustainable design practices, Ananda inspires students to merge tradition with innovation.

She has taught for 8 years at Universidade Feevale located in the south region of Brazil, guiding students to explore socially responsible design, circular economy principles, and artisanal techniques. A passionate advocate for fashion's role in social and environmental change, Professor Ananda collaborates with industry partners, artisans, and communities to promote conscious design practices.

Ananda is a George Brown graduate and has been teaching in the Fashion Techniques and Design program since 2023.
