Better Jobs Ontario (formerly Second Career) helps laid-off and under-employed individuals to get the training or education they need to upgrade their skills and re-enter the workforce.

We recommend that all potential Better Jobs Ontario applicants attend an online information session. After attending the information session, if you are ready, you can apply online at Ontario Colleges. Note that our Better Jobs Ontario applicants pay the normal Ontario Colleges application fee.
