Are you curious about how your personality plays out in the workplace? Wonder why some work environments feel like a great fit while others don't?
In this online workshop, you will explore your own career preferences and learn how different personality styles show up in others.
Using a short personality quiz and guided discussion, you will be introduced to four common personality types and reflect on how these differences influence career choices, workplace communication, and professional success. You will also discuss how to adapt your strengths when working with different people and in different work situations. This session is suitable for students and graduates at any stage of their career journey.
