Join us on Thursday, September 11th, 2025 from 5-7pm at Hy’s Steakhouse & Cocktail Bar to raise funds for the John Aisenstat Memorial Award at George Brown Polytechnic.
This year, Hy’s celebrates its 70th anniversary. To mark the occasion, the John Aisenstat Memorial fundraiser is taking you back to 1955 with retro-inspired cocktails and appetizers, and exceptional socializing.
Hy’s is proud to partner with George Brown Polytechnic in the creation of the John Aisenstat Memorial Award. Funds raised at this event go directly to provide financial support for students pursuing careers in culinary and hospitality arts.

For each $100 ticket purchased, guests will receive a $50.00 tax receipt.
