AskON Hours

AskON is closed at 5:00 p.m. Friday, April 24th, and resumes on Monday, May 4th at 9:00 a.m.

  • Mon - Thurs: 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.
  • Fridays: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • Sat - Sun: 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • Closed on Holidays

Technology Help

Visit a Library Help desk during open hours, or call us using the contact information below. You may also submit a support ticket online at any time, through GBC Assist.

Technology specialists can help with inquiries such as setting up GBC email on your phone, multi-factor authentication, starting a 3D print, and more. Please note that staff are able to provide password resets in person only. Follow these steps to reset your password remotely.
