Free Video Production for Learning at GBC
- Sept 12, 2023, 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM
Instructor: Stella Bastone
In this online session, we'll take a brief look at video production in GBC learning settings. We'll consider how it can be used by professors to create learning materials for their classes and by students to produce materials of their own to foster and demonstrate learning. On completing the workshop, participants will be able to describe how they can use Camtasia in their own learning settings, choices for levels of sharing (public versus specific audiences), intellectual property considerations, and some copyright considerations.
Please note that while we will be referring specifically to Camtasia (screen capturing and video editing software which is freely available to GBC profs, staff and students), this is not hands-on Camtasia training; the focus will be on video production considerations in learning settings.
