Partial‑Load Registry

Main Content

The Academic Collective Agreement may give Partial-Load faculty who have taught a specific course in a department or school priority to teach that course again. The criteria for priority hiring is detailed in Article 26.10 E in the Academic Collective Agreement.

For the next academic year,  by April 30th,  the College will automatically register all eligible Partial Load faculty into the Partial-Load Registry for priority hire with an interest to teach 12 hrs/week and  deemed to have not taken any Maternity/Parental leave from the College in the past 4 academic years. Partial-Load faculty who wish to teach fewer than 12 hrs/week must notify their supervisor.
