This November, Canada's adaptive fashion community will come together for the Adaptive Fashion Symposium: Rethinking Fashion through Disability & Human Centered Design. Please help us make this event successful by posting about it on social media. Feel free to use our language below or adapt it to suit your needs.

On Saturday, November 14th and Sunday, November 15th, this groundbreaking event will explore the future of fashion through the lens of disability, design, innovation, research, and lived experience.

Keynotes include Dr. Ben Barry, Dean of Fashion at Parsons School of Design, & Members of Lululemon's Paralympic Design & Research Team. We will also be presenting an adaptive fashion show where innovations will be reviewed and deconstructed.

It is one of the first gatherings of its kind in Canada, bringing together the disability community, design industry leaders, and researchers to challenge norms, share knowledge, and reimagine what comes next.

Hosted in partnership with Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) and the Adaptive Fashion Alliance Canada (AFAC), a national initiative seeded by KITE Research Institute (UHN) and supported through the Fabric-Based Research Platform (FIBRE).

Join us and help shape the future of adaptive fashion in Canada!
