George Brown Polytechnic employees with single sign-on credentials can access Copilot Chat through the Microsoft 365 environment. When accessed through George Brown single sign-on, Copilot Chat provides a more secure, workplace-focused experience than unsupported public AI tools because it operates within Microsoft’s enterprise environment and includes organizational protections designed for work use.

Accessing Copilot Chat

Employees can access Copilot Chat using their George Brown single sign-on credentials.

  1. Go to the Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat page or open Microsoft 365.
  2. Make sure to sign in with your George Brown single sign-on.
  3. Confirm that you are signed in with your George Brown account.
