What test proctoring services for other institutions (off-site testing invigilation) do you offer?
This service is for non-George Brown College students who are required to write an exam(s) from another institution/organization and need invigilation services. You may book an appointment with the Casa Loma Assessment Centre.
When are you available?
The Casa Loma Assessment Centre is available for proctoring services from Monday through Friday, at 9:00 am and 11:00 am, by appointment only.
How can I book a test appointment?
To book an appointment, contact the Assessment Centre through email or by phone.

Please include the following information in your email and/or phone message:
- Your full name
- Valid daytime contact number
- Valid email address
- Name of institution
- Name/Code of the exam(s) you would like to take at the Assessment Centre
- Your preferred appointment date/time - please refer to "When are you available?" for our testing hours
You will receive a confirmation email once we review your details.
Is there a charge for the test?
The fee for proctoring off-site for other institutions is $75 per test.
Where do I write my off-site exam(s)?
All Off-Site invigilation appointments will take place at the Casa Loma Assessment Centre.
What do I need to bring to my test appointment?
On the day of your exam, you will need to bring current photo identification, your test fee and a pre-paid envelope addressed to your institution, unless they will be providing one.
What happens after I have completed my exam(s)?
Depending on your institution, Casa Loma Assessment Centre will return your completed exam(s) by one of the following ways:
1. Fax or email – the institution receives the exam right away
OR
2. Regular/standard mail –delivery 1-3 weeks
OR
3. Express mail – delivery 1-7 business days
NOTE: The Casa Loma Assessment Centre is not responsible for grading, evaluating or storing any of your completed exams. Please contact your institution directly for inquiries about your exam(s).
