Brightspace Required Booking Information Form

Please note: This form is used to request a booking for the Brightspace Testing Lab. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from the Assessment Centre. To ensure adequate staffing in the labs, all booking requests must be submitted by the end of Week 2.

Keep passwords simple – 5 characters or less, all lower case.  The staff working in the lab are required to know many different passwords **Do not disclose test passwords with students. Your PWs are kept secured w/ lab staff.
Provide a phone number where you can be reached during the test period. Cell phone preferred.
