George Brown Polytechnic is located on the traditional territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation and other Indigenous peoples who have lived here over time. We are grateful to share this land as treaty people who learn, work and live in the community with each other.

Putting Strategy 2030 Into Action
Achieving our strategic priorities will take coordinated planning, clear responsibilities, and regular assessment of our progress. Our implementation approach focuses on five connected activities.
1. Define success
Establish meaningful performance indicators, baselines, and targets for each strategic priority.
2. Align plans and initiatives
Connect existing projects and institutional plans to Strategy 2030, while identifying new work needed to achieve our goals.
3. Establish accountability
Assign responsibility for strategic outcomes and connect institutional priorities with the work of teams and employees.
4. Manage resources and risks
Align budgets and resources with our priorities, identify funding needs, and consider risks that could affect implementation.
5. Embed the strategy in our work
Integrate Strategy 2030 into everyday planning and goal-setting, supported by progress tracking and regular reporting.
