Information Technology Services (ITS) provides the technology, systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and support that enable learning, teaching, collaboration, and operations across George Brown Polytechnic. Working with partners across the institution, ITS delivers reliable, secure, and accessible digital services while supporting the institution’s evolving technology needs and future growth.

ITS supports the entire George Brown community, including students, faculty, employees, academic and administrative departments, as well as selected services for visitors and external partners.

Technology at George Brown

George Brown's technology is an interconnected ecosystem of networks, cloud services, cybersecurity, digital identities, learning technologies, enterprise systems, applications, software, and collaboration tools.

ITS works with partners across the institution to keep this environment reliable, secure, accessible, and responsive, while planning for emerging technologies and future institutional needs.

Our Role

Our role is to make technology an enabler. We provide the technology that helps the institution achieve its academic, operational, and strategic goals. We support the technology the polytechnic relies on today while helping George Brown plan, modernize, and build the digital capabilities it will need tomorrow.
