With expertise in all aspects of the built environment, the Facilities and Sustainability team is responsible for the planning, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of all George Brown College facilities. 

Our team leads the development of campus plans, capital projects, day-to-day operations and sustainability initiatives. 

Our goal is to enhance the quality of our physical spaces and infrastructure to provide the best experience for students, faculty and staff with a focus on inclusion, accessibility and sustainability.

GBC's 10-storey mass-timber net-zero carbon emissions building, Limberlost Place, continues to generate lots of buzz. The iconic addition to Toronto's eastern waterfront opens in January 2025.
