Decision-making made easy! This tool gives you a breakdown of individual programs offered at George Brown College and how they differ from other programs you’re interested in. Use this tool to select up to 10 programs to compare, helping you make the right choice for the career you want.
Instructions:

1. Under Program Comparison, click Add a New Program

2. Search for one of the programs you’re interested in (either alphabetically, by interest or by job)

3. Click on the title of the program in the menu

4. Click Add to Comparison

5. Continue searching for programs using steps 2-4

6. When you’re done, clicking Program Comparison will give you a preview of the programs and the option to delete, add or clear all

7. Open Program Compare for more details and an easy-to-read comparison of the programs you’ve selected

Bachelor of Applied Technology - Construction Science and Management (T302) 2013 - 2014 Degree Full Time

To meet the needs of the construction industry in Ontario, the Angelo Del Zotto School of Construction Management delivers the province’s only degree program in construction science and management. In Ontario’s increasingly specialized and complex construction industry, successfully managing a construction project now requires a solid education in building and environmental sciences as well as practical business and managerial training, including strong negotiating, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor of Technology (Construction Management) (T312) 2014 - 2015 Degree Full Time

To meet the needs of the construction industry in Ontario, the Angelo Del Zotto School of Construction Management delivers the province’s only degree program in construction management. Building Information Modeling (BIM) Management Program (T412) 2014 - 2015 Certificate Full Time

This graduate certificate program is designed to provide hands-on training to students to enable them to apply and integrate the principles of Building Information Modeling (BIM) to all aspects of a construction project for any organization involved in procurement, design, construction, and operation. Successful students will be able to deploy BIM applications in integrated project delivery from project conceptualization, design and construction to facilities management.

Canada’s civil infrastructure delivers essential services and is comprised of highways, roads and bridges, as well as systems for water supply, storm water management and waste water treatment. Many elements of this infrastructure are deteriorating and, in addition, there is a growing need to examine and update systems that were designed to transport energy and fuel to include renewable energy sources.

Construction Engineering Technician Program (T161) 2013 - 2014 Diploma Full Time

Construction engineering technicians work with home builders and general contractors, bid for construction work and organize and supervise the participation of the various trades involved in a construction project. This two-year program provides the technical skills and knowledge required to assist in the management of all phases of residential, small commercial and industrial construction projects, emphasizing sustainable design principles.
