Honours Bachelor of Early Childhood Leadership (C300) program will no longer be included in the College’s Approved Education Programs List

As of January 1, 2021, the Honours Bachelor of Early Childhood Leadership program will no longer be included in the College’s Approved Education Programs List.

Current students graduating from the program by the 2024 end date

Current students enrolled in the  program  who successfully complete all  the  requirements for graduation by 2024 and apply to the College are considered graduates of an approved program. These graduates are deemed to have met the education requirement for registration if the official transcript shows completion of program by 2024  inclusive. In order to be issued a Certificate of Registration, applicants must meet all the other registration requirements.

Details regarding the requirements for registration and the application process are available on the College’s website college-ece.ca, under the “Applicants” tab.

Current students graduating from the program after the 2024 end date

Students who complete the program after 2024 and apply to the College will no longer be considered graduates of an approved program. These applicants  must demonstrate  that they successfully completed the education requirements required for the practice of early childhood education in Ontario by applying  to the College  through  the  individual assessment of educational qualifications process. The application process and the requirements for registration are available on the College’s website,  college-ece.ca, under the “Applicants” tab. Applicants are subject to all other registration requirements in place at the time of application in order to be issued a Certificate of Registration.
