Biography

Oxana Svergun is an experienced executive manager and educator specializing in organizational behaviour, human resources management and business ethics. During her 15+ years in senior management roles Oxana coached professionals and executives across several industries preparing them for change management initiatives and supporting their business improvement projects. Her portfolio of industries includes public sector work, retail, mining and heavy industries, manufacturing and professional services firms.

Oxana’s teaching transforms organizational research into positive professional practices promoting science-based and effective people management solutions that help organizations to improve their people management capacities. Oxana’s practically oriented teaching strategies build learners’ professional expertise and translate evidence-based concepts into effective action.

Dr. Svergun’s research focuses on exploring human resources management practices and corporate social responsibility as they relate to employee engagement and job attitudes. Oxana has delivered keynote presentations at conferences and has authored books, chapters and articles for academic and trade publications.
