Biography

Andre den Baars has enjoyed a 12-year career in international business and in financial roles that have given him an in-depth understanding of what is required to succeed in the global business environment. He has worked for several private and public organizations on provincial, national and international initiatives. Andre’s career began at the Royal Bank of Canada’s Agricultural Business group, where he provided clients with financial advice on industry and operational risk management. He subsequently worked at SAP Canada, influencing business and operational change with senior executives at many multinational Fortune 100 financial institutions. Andre’s SAP background includes managing a sales team that covered the US Federal Government, the Department of Defense and the aerospace and defense industry sectors. Andre received his Bachelor of Commerce and Agriculture from the University of Guelph and a Masters of Business Administration from the Michael Smurfit School of Business, University College Dublin.
