Good health care encompasses every aspect of a person’s life, with the various professions working together to provide an overall sense of wellness. This is the basis for the new approach to health care emerging in Canada, where professionals from different disciplines work collaboratively to treat patients. The Centre for Health Sciences embraces this as a guiding educational principle. Our health sciences programs, faculty and facilities reflect the trends and changes taking place in the health care system. The outcome is that you are prepared to enter the field with the most current training and the ability to work with other health care professionals to deliver high quality patient care.
