The fields of hospitality management and culinary arts are always exciting, always changing. To say that it is a fast-paced, challenging business is an understatement. If you are a ‘people person,’ love food and wines, and thrive under pressure, you’re an excellent candidate for this area. The George Brown College Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts is the icon of hospitality management and culinary arts training in Canada, and you could be our next industry star.
The Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts is set in Toronto - the largest, most vibrant hospitality city in Canada. You’ll be taught by professors who are actively involved in the industry. They will teach you skills that are expected by industry and connect you with the right people helping you to build a network of useful industry contacts and possible future employers. What’s more, some of our programs provide the opportunity to learn and work while serving Torontonians in our fully functioning restaurant, The Chefs’ House.
The Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts offers innovative programs in two schools:
Chef School
School of Hospitality & Tourism Management
When possible, our programs offered at the Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts are developed with cooperation and input from recognized industry leaders, so you can be confident that you’re being taught everything you need to succeed.
