Instructors FAQ to help you navigate Brightspace
Brightspace training is being provided to all faculty in phases throughout the spring and summer. By September 1, when Blackboard is officially turned off, all faculty and their courses will have been transitioned to Brightspace. Faculty who have not yet been trained may contact their Chair to confirm when their training should take place.
Drop-In Help Sessions
Beginning Monday, April 17 2023, Faculty can book two different types of support sessions: Instructional Design Assistance (consultation about course layout, online pedagogy, how to support learning using the Brightspace tools and environment) OR Technical Assistance (e.g. importing or exporting course content; technical instructions and/or trouble-shooting).
