Biography

Christine has been working in the Hospitality and Culinary industry for over 30 years, and has experience in both restaurant management, and working in several different fields in culinary such as fine dining cooking, pastry, quick service, retail service and as personal chef for a family. During this time Christine had the opportunity to cook in England, New Zealand and Australia.  Christine was a professor at the Chef School from 2004 until 2014 and during her time as a professor, she consistently received high student satisfaction responses and was awarded for having the top 5% feedback in the college.  With a group of students, Christine lead the Chefs Club “Tastes of Tomorrow”, and won an academic excellence award during her time as faculty.

In 2012 Christine became the Academic Chair of the Chef School and is currently leading a portfolio of 10 culinary focused programs in cooking, baking and nutrition.
