Looking for ways to celebrate that special someone, or treat yourself on Valentine’s Day? There are plenty of things you can do and items you can find on campus to celebrate the romantic occasion.
Picking up a card is a great place to start. Want something extra special—something
that stands out from the standard greeting card?
Buy a card created by students at the School of Design. You can find cards, along with many other cool student-designed items, at the INstore at 230 Richmond St. E., room 142, Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. You can shop online at instoregbc.com .
You can also pick up a FREE inclusive valentine created by artists including Aura, Carlisle Robinson, Chief Lady Bird, Iderdown, and Vivian Mau. Diversity, Equity and Human Rights Services is distributing
the cards the week of February 11-14 at the following locations:
- Tuesday, February 12, 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m., Waterfront Campus, main lobby
- Wednesday, February 13, 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m., Casa Loma Campus, building C, cafeteria
Thursday, February 14, 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m., St. James Campus, building A, room 126 (DEHRS office)
Pick up some sweets for your sweetheart. We sell chocolates made by our Chef School students at Chef on the Run, in the atrium of 300 Adelaide St. E., building B, St. James Campus.
Reserve a spot at our student-focused restaurant, The Chefs’ House. Our culinary students cook up incredible meals and our hospitality students will ensure you have a great experience.
