Promote sustainability

Join our 50 Acts of Green Challenge

Members of the George Brown community are being encouraged to promote sustainability on campus by sharing their everyday acts of green on social media. You could be eligible to win great prizes if you use #50GreenGBC.

Get active

Take a walk

As the weather warms up take advantage of the college's downtown location and get out for a stroll on a break between classes or at lunch. Check out the City of Toronto's Walking Tours  to learn more about the cool attractions and neighbourhoods around your campus.

There are great workout facilities at Casa Loma and St. James campuses. 

Try Salsa and Zumba activities

Peerconnect centres at each campus run fun activities every day of the week, including Salsa and Zumba classes.

Do you have questions about academic issues? You can book an appointment with a George Brown counsellor. All consultations are private and confidential. You can speak to a counsellor about academic and non-academic issues.

Visit Peerconnect

Learn about your study style, time management and stress reduction strategies by visiting your campus Peerconnect Centre. You can attend workshops or book a one-on-one session with a peer coach.
