Celebrating the professional success of GBC grad couples for Valentine's Day

Studying at George Brown College is about more than what you learn in the classroom. It's about building relationships that can last a lifetime,  sharing your passions, and growing your networks and careers together. 

This Valentine's Day, we're profiling three alumni couples who started at GBC and have gone on to do great things. From being Drake's personal chef to leading international construction projects and running a successful Toronto bakery – these grads are doing what they love with people who love it too. 💘 💘 💘 

Forrest Liu and Karan Tsoi

After graduating from the Culinary Management program, Forrest Liu and Karan Tsoi became a power couple in Toronto's restaurant scene. Now they're running a high-end catering business and have provided private chef services for Drake and the Weston family.

They met during a study and work abroad trip to France when they were Chef School students. Now they run a top Toronto bakery together called Roselle Desserts. It sounds like a plot from a romance movie, doesn't it?

Nick and Latifa worked closely together during their time as students in the Honours Bachelor of Technology (Construction Management) program. Now, as husband and wife, they oversee the construction of massive solar farms in Australia.
