Members of the George Brown College community are encouraged to share their thoughts and ideas on our Anti-Racism Strategy at an upcoming online event.

“As a learning community, we must all focus on addressing and improving inclusivity and outcomes for racialized students and employees,” said Nadia Richards, Manager, Anti-Racism at George Brown. “We all have a role to play and a responsibility to be engaged in the process.”

Students and employees are invited to the Office of Anti-Racism, Equity and Human Rights Services’ (OAREHRS) Anti-Racism Strategy Review Forum happening Wednesday, October 20, 10:30 a.m. to noon.

The online forum is an opportunity to give feedback on the current Anti-Racism Strategy and to discuss ways we can continue to support anti-racism work at George Brown. All participants are asked to review the current strategy before the meeting.

OAREHRS has been working on the strategy review process with senior leaders and the Anti-Racism and Equity Advisory Committee since the summer. Learn more on our Anti-Racism page
