Food for Fines Drive November 14th to December 14th

To support our students the library is collaborating with the Student Association (SA) on the Food for Fines drive.

What is food for fines and how does it work?

You can pay your Library fines by donating non-perishable food items or personal items, like toothbrushes, soaps or baby disposable diaper in lieu of money.

All donations goes to the SA food back (, which provide food relief for students in need.

A waiver of $5.00 will be applied for each item donated, to a maximum of $20 (4 items)

e.g. 1 item donated = $5.00

The waiver apples only to current fines.  It does not apply to charges for lost, stolen or damaged items and cannot be used as a credit to be applied to future fines.
